Who We Are
Originally established as a residential contractor in 1987, Sims has grown to provide mechanical and electrical design, service, and installation to residential, commercial, and health care facilities throughout South Central Michigan. With numerous years of experience, Sims’ technicians are factory trained and certified by North American Technician Excellence (NATE) and are able to work on systems from the past and those of tomorrow.
What We Do
Our 12,000 sq ft building houses a showroom, complete sheet metal shop, a full line of Carrier™ heating and cooling equipment and one of the largest parts inventories in the area. We take pride in every installation and repair. Our goal is to make sure your system is operating efficiently and properly, so that your needs are met quickly and efficiently… Our customers’ needs, become our goals.
